Jessica Hyde is one pumped up RPM instructor. But it was not always like that. Jessica has been140 pounds heavier, when diabetes and heart disease were right around the corner. She lost the weight in 8 months by going to group fitness classes in Waco. Her blood pressure and cholesterol levels also plummeted, for the good.
You can join a class too at most local gyms and work off 300 to 600 calories. As Jessica bikes away calories in class she keeps moms of all shapes and sizes feeling the burn. The camaraderie, loud music and friends has the young and old pumping iron in weight classes consistently.

Some don't even need the gym. People walk around Killeen Mall together for exercise. So does Jessica, she refuses to pack on the pounds. A promise her friends will not let her break.
One of the more popular classes that Jessica teaches is Body Pump. It is a weight lifting class at Gold's Gym. Women can burn more than 300 calories an hour in that class.
